Terms and conditions

If a refund is processed, we will refund the order via the same payment method used to pay for the order.
If you paid by bank deposit or credit card please allow approximately 3 business days for the refund to be processed via our website payment gateway.
When you pay for an order with us and use a credit card, it takes approximately 3 business days for us to receive the funds into our account so we need to wait for the funds to clear into our account before we can process a refund.
A sample A4 size print of every backdrop in our range is available for you to purchase or view in person if you are a local customer. We also offer samples using your own design or colour code too.

If you are concerned about colour and need an almost identical match or wish to use certain colour codes, match brand colours, or you simply wish to check the quality of our vinyl and the printed design first, please contact us if you would like to purchase a sample or order the A4 sample size available for each product under the size choice drop down list.

All products are custom made to order based on the size & style that you choose. If you order the wrong size, we can't exchange or refund the order as it was custom made for you in the size and design that you chose. We have a detailed size guide showing examples and diagrams of sizes for your reference.

If the item arrives damaged as a result of courier transport, please contact us via email within 24 hours of the item being delivered with photos of the packaging and contents.

If there is a fault or printing error, please provide a photograph of the backdrop set up in use as per it's intended purpose so that we can assess the fault correctly. We will need to see a photo of the entire backdrop set up in full and also a close up of the fault.
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel & refund the order if your location is outside of the courier delivery zone.

Color & Print Quality

We offer small sample print for every backdrop that we sell. Samples are available for you to purchase - contact us if you would like a sample.

Our equipment is professionally colour calibrated in line with industry standard Australian photography lab settings

We use high resolution professional artwork to ensure the best print quality possible

Backdrop designs are intended for use as a background. To add texture, color, style and enhance the look of your overall photograph or display

Backdrops are not designed for close up viewing or inspection. The design will be visually correct & more appealing when you stand further back

The colors, appearance & overall perception of the backdrop design will vary based on these factors: your monitor / phone / tablet, the type of lighting that you use, when printed as a photograph, & when standing in front of it using your own eyes.
If you like to edit your photo's, some amazing outcomes can be achieved, you can even change the shade, color, etc.

When viewed as a small image on your monitor, the printed backdrop you receive is much larger therefore some of the smaller details in the design, shading, texture, etc that you may not see on our website or your screen will become visible on the printed backdrop

Because we cannot control the appearance of colors on a customer's computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual printed colour or design will precisely match any preview as it appears on your monitor, mobile phone or tablet device. No refunds or returns will be given for colour differences or designs that are not as expected

Please be aware that we may need to crop / stretch the design to fit the size you choose. This will be managed at our end automatically. If you do not want the design to be cropped or stretched, please choose the right size/shape backdrop to match the shape of the design. For example: If you are choosing a square design, we recommend that you choose a square sized backdrop so that we don't need to crop/stretch the artwork. Some designs are not affected by this, but please consider this when placing your order as we are unable to exchange, refund or accept returns for this reason

Our business uses Paypal & Stripe to process and encrypt your credit card information if paying this way.
You are not required to give your credit card or banking details directly to us
Your personal information is protected & encrypted by our secure servers and will remain private & confidential. We do not give out customer details to third parties, or marketing companies.

At Dropz Backdrops, we design, print and send from our Melbourne studio
